What does Rex do?

Rex reads your Google and Yelp reviews, plus DoorDash and Uber Eats feedback, across every store. He spots what keeps coming up, like slow drive-thru times or cold food. You approve a fix, the right manager owns it, and Rex measures whether the complaints drop. He drafts a reply to every review too.

Will Rex post replies without me?

No. Every reply waits for your tap. There’s no setting that turns that off.

Do I need to be at a computer?

No. Rex can text you, and Replio runs in any phone browser. There’s nothing to install.

How does my team use it?

Your managers join with a link and sign in with their phone number. Fixes land with them in Replio, and Rex works in your team’s GroupMe, where the crew can check what’s open and mark a fix on it or blocked. Each teammate only sees the stores you give them. The whole team is included in the price.

How much does Replio cost?

$149 per location per month, billed monthly, with your whole team included. Up to 10 locations can sign up online. For more than 10, talk with our team.

Does this replace Birdeye, Podium, or my spreadsheet?

Those collect feedback. Rex does something with it. Keep them if you want.

Who owns the data across my locations?
